When you shop here, you will be presented with different shipping and payment
options, all depending on your country of origin. For Denmark, Norway, Finland and
Germany we offer optional shippings with priority mail in order to reduce costs
for you.
Below you will find information on the different payment and shipping options we
offer, as well as our return policies.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Priority Mail
We are shipping with priority mail to the European Union and to Norway. However we do not ship parcels with a value over 900 SEK. Shipping cost is
currently 45 SEK and up. Please note that this shipping method is on customers
responsibility since no tracking code is provided. In case parcels get lost, we
do not compensate customers. Delivery is 2-5 work days.
PNL Pan Nordic Logistics (Finland, Denmark, Germany)
Parcels are sent with PNL to Finland, Denmark and Germany. Shippings are based
on weight and include tracking code. Shipping costs from 242 SEK. Delivery is
2-5 work days.
PNL Pan Nordic Logistics (Norway)
Parcels are sent with PNL to Norway. Shipping are based on weight and include
tracking code. Please note that VAT may apply upon customs
reception. Shipping costs from 205 SEK. Delivery is 2-5 work days.
PNL Pan Nordic Logistics (Europe)
Parcels are sent with PNL to all countries within the EU. Shipping is based on
weight and include tracking code. Shipping costs from 253 SEK. Delivery is
2-5 work days.

Bank Transfer (Plusgiro)
We are accepting bank transfers as international payment method.
Please note that you can shop using Danish krona (DKK) and Euro (EUR) in
addition to Swedish krona (SEK). However DKK and EUR are only presented as
references. Upon completion of shopping, the actual currency conversion will be
made by your credit card handler (or PayPal). The amount displayed in DKK and EUR
at FlightSimShop.se may not necessarily be exactly what is charged your account.
RETURN POLICY
According to swedish sales regulations, customers are entitled to return
products within 7 work days or 14 calender days. However, in order to return,
the product must be in original condition. Returns do not apply for software in
case sealing has been broken. The same applies for hardware, for which drivers
may have been included. Return policy do not apply for ordered or customised
items.
CLAIMS/ COMPLAINTS
According to swedish sales regulations, customers have three (3) years claims
and complaints rights.Complaints should be done within reasonable time from the
moment a deficiency has been detected. For complaints to be valid, the
deficiency must have been present upon reception of the product, such as defects
by manufacture.
